Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can always contact us for return questions at help@fleurdelia.com.

Lost Packages - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the vendor’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the vendor facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself if applicable.

Changed Mind - Because print-on-demand and made to order products are created especially for you, returns are not accepted outside of specific stated conditions.

What is the Return Policy for Methodical Monarch Print-on-Demand Products Such as Apparel, Tote Bags, etc.?

Production Errors/Defective Merchandise - Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on the part of the print-on-demand vendor are covered at vendor’s expense. To avoid delays in processing, it’s best to submit photos of the error(s) in question.

What is the Return Policy for Stationery?

Due to the delicate nature of paper products, stationery orders are non-refundable, and returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, if an item arrives damaged due to improper handling during shipping, please send an email with photos within 10 days to help@fleurdelia.com.

Jewelry is made to order. All jewelry orders are non-refundable, and returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, if an item arrives damaged due to improper handling during shipping, please send an email with photos within 10 days to help@fleurdelia.com.

NOTE: if you have a known or suspected metal allergy or sensitivity, it is recommended that you do not order ANY jewelry item that could potentially cause a reaction.
